Terms of Service
TriCities Junk Pros provides local junk removal with clear pricing, respectful crews, and simple scheduling.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of TriCities Services LLC, operating as TriCities Junk Pros ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
TriCities Junk Pros provides junk removal and hauling services in the Tri-Cities area. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Residential junk removal
- Commercial cleanouts
- Furniture removal
- Appliance disposal
- Construction debris removal
3. Service Limitations
We do not remove the following items:
- Hazardous materials, including chemicals, paint, asbestos, and similar materials
- Medical waste
- Biological waste
- Items prohibited by local, state, or federal law
We reserve the right to refuse service for items we deem unsafe or inappropriate for removal.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is based on the volume of items and type of service required
- We provide free estimates before beginning work
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Additional fees may apply for certain items requiring special disposal
5. Scheduling and Cancellation
- Services are scheduled based on availability
- We offer same-day and next-day service when possible
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled service
- We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about items to be removed
- Ensure safe access to items
- Be present or have an authorized representative during service
- Identify all items to be removed before work begins
- Secure any items not intended for removal
7. Liability and Insurance
TriCities Junk Pros is fully licensed and insured. We maintain general liability insurance to protect against property damage and injuries. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to property
- Damage resulting from customer's failure to prepare the area
- Items not clearly identified for removal
- Hidden damage discovered during removal
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriCities Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriCities Services LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Tennessee law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
